Who we are

PoliYT is operated by Ameliatory LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.

What data we collect

When you subscribe to the PoliYT Weekly Briefing, we collect:

• Email address — to send you the newsletter
• IP address at signup — as a consent record required by law
• Subscription timestamp — when you signed up

We do not collect names, payment information, browsing history, or any other personal data through the newsletter signup.

How we use your data

Your email address is used solely to send you the PoliYT Weekly Briefing newsletter. We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with any third party.

Email service provider

We use Azure Communication Services (Microsoft) to send emails. Microsoft processes your email address as a data processor on our behalf. Their privacy terms are available at microsoft.com/privacy.

Data retention

We retain your email address for as long as your subscription is active. If you unsubscribe, we retain a record of the unsubscribe request (to ensure we don't re-add you) but cease all email communication immediately.

Upon request, we will permanently delete all data associated with your email address within 30 days.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Unsubscribe — every email contains a one-click unsubscribe link. We process unsubscribe requests immediately.
• Access your data — request a copy of all personal data we hold about you.
• Delete your data — request permanent deletion of your data.
• Data portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act. We do not sell or share your personal information as defined by the CCPA. You may contact us at privacy@poliyt.com to exercise your rights.

If you are located in the EU/EEA, our legal basis for processing your email address is your explicit consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You may withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Cookies

PoliYT does not use cookies, tracking pixels, or any client-side analytics on this website.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify subscribers by email before the changes take effect.
