Hashtag

Whether the title contains a hashtag (#). Hashtags are common on social-native creators and rare on traditional politician channels.

Hashtags carry social-media-native styling that may attract younger audiences but can also code as 'campaign' or 'staff-managed' to seasoned political-YouTube viewers. Effect direction is uncertain and depends heavily on the hashtag itself.
